Support plates for EK Vario Plotter VP 600 full size (A3)
We offer a huge variety of support plates for holding all common elements in place to be labelled like for terminal blocks, cables etc. The most usual size for each support plate is 105 x 300 mm (4.13 x 11.81 inch). Up to 4 support plates of this size can be placed on the plotter VP 600 full size (A3) and 2 on the plotter VP 600 Basic (A4) for labeling at the same time.
Additional support plates are available to hold single plates or label sheets in place using adhesive mats. In addition we offer a spec. support plate in the size of 200 x 300 mm (7.9 x 11.8 inch) holding the material with vacuum technique.
Standard support plates
There are standard support plates for holding the elements of the named manufacturers available. The database of our software VarioSign holds all relevant data of each marker and the related support plate for an easy to use access. The support plates are also deployable by the plotter VP Basic half size (A4).
Universal support plates with adhesive mat
There are 5 different sized universal support plates available for holding plastic sheets, aluminum and brass plates etc. in the size from 15 x 15 mm (.6 x .6 inch) up to 420 x 297 mm (16.5 x 11.7 inch) in place. Through a self sticky surface the materials are perfectly held in place during the work process, also usable for plotting applications.
The mat can be cleaned with warm water and after air drying the mat is sticky again
Special support plates
The special designed support plates are to be used for labeling the plastic and paper strips. With the use in conjunction with our software VarioSign the strip can be partitioned for the labeling into various sizes.
