EK-TEAM has extensive machinery, enabling it to cover a complex service spectrum in order to manufacture your products or partial components. As a service specialist, we are at your disposal for expert implementation of your projects.
Injection molding
Our injection molding department, with approximately 30 injection molding machines, can manufacture plastic components for you to the highest precision. We have particular expertise in the production of high-precision components with synthetic materials of high technical quality. The performance spectrum of our machines extends to a closing force of 1500 kN and a spar gap of 460 mm.
Processing center
In this department, we produce milled and turned parts according to your specifications, mainly from plastic and aluminum. Here we also produce prototypes and samples of all types for you.
Production
In our Production department, we produce complete systems, units or components according to your specifications, in series production. Where necessary, we also undertake on your behalf the procurement of materials for production.
