Extensive library of labeling data
In order to create the labeling data for elements and tags such as for terminal blocks, wires, cables, devices, cable ties, shrink tubing, labels, legend plates etc. in various sizes an extensive library for the named manufacturers is embedded, with a frequent update service.
Automatic support plate recognition
The software recognizes the support plates placed on the plotter and opens only suitable elements and tags for labeling.
Creating the labeling data
With multiple built in functions, like single, multiple, series and row labeling, the labeling data can be created easily in a comfortable way, other formats can be imported through import filters with a click.
Design of custom elements
If you like to use material and elements not available in the general database, you can design those as custom elements precise and rapidly. Creating templates for single or multiple tags or for rating plates the software guides you in order to achieve the result most efficiently. The custom designed templates are provided in the user folder ready to be used for plotting or engraving.
Country specific fonts, special characters and symbols
The software VarioSign also provides special characters and symbols frequently used in the panels and plants. Additionally, all country specific characters of the west and east European countries are available as well as Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Arabic and Turkey character sets.
Fancy letters and graphical symbols
Our software VarioSign also holds various fancy letter fonts for engraving e.g. name plates etc. Graphical symbols, used in the industry, are available through the extensive library and are frequently updated. If you require any specific symbol outside the library, please get in contact.
