EK Engraver Option VP/E 600
The engraving option VP/E 600 can be adapted with a few steps onto the plotter series VP 600 and provides a complete high level engraving system to the user. In connection with the software VarioSign the engraver works precise and sharp on various materials, like aluminium, brass, plastic etc..

The high rotating spindle (up to 50,000 RPM) provides a precise and sharp engraving on various materials. The engraving controller controls the vacuum cleaner and the high RPM spindle.

Standardization of the engraving needle, zero setting
In order to adjust the engraving depth correctly, a comfortable zero setting tool is provided as part of the system.
Support plates
Various support plates are available for holding plastic sheets, aluminium, brass plates and other materials in the size from 15 x 15 mm (.59 x .59 inch) up to 210 x 297 mm (8.26 x 11.69 inch). The exchange of the plates can be done easily within seconds.
Vacuum cleaner VC 500
The low noise vacuum cleaner turns on and off automatically in order to keep the working area free of dust and engraving chips.
Adapter set for connecting a conventional commercial vacuum cleaner
If you want to use a conventional commercial vacuum cleaner, you need an appropriate adaptor set. The vacuum cleaner will be turned on at the beginning of the engraving and turned off automatically at the end of the job.
