EK Vario Engraver VE 600
With the use of the engraver series VE 600 we provide a high end stand alone engraving system with the engraving area of 200 x 300 mm (7.87 x 11.81 inch) half size (A4) or of 400 x 300 mm (15.74 x 11.81 inch) full size (A3). In combination with the software VarioGrav engraving signs can be created fast and efficient. The compact and solid state design of the series EK Vario Engraver VE 600 allows the operation in almost every office. Using the optional vacuum cleaner the surface will be kept free of dust and engraving chips. The EK Vario Engraver Series VE 600 are controlled by our own software development VarioGrav, designed according to our customer requests with a continuous update service through our web site. The user has access to a huge variety of fancy letters as well as graphical symbols for the industry.

Engraving head
The high rotating spindle (up to 50,000 RPM) provides a precise and pin sharp engraving on various materials. With the use of the quick release clamp a fast exchange of the engraving tool is ensured.

Standardization of the engraving needle, zero setting
In order to adjust the engraving depth correctly, a comfortable zero setting tool is provided as part of the system.
Support plates
Various support plates are available for holding plastic sheets, aluminium, brass plates and other materials in the size from 15 x 15 mm (.59 x .59 inch) up to 400 x 300 mm (15.74 x 11.81 inch), the material thickness is limited up to 2 mm. In case thicker materials need to get used, special support plates can be designed. The exchange of the plates is easy, within seconds.
Integrated Vacuum cleaner connection
You have the option of using the VC 500 vacuum cleaner as part of our product range or a conventional commercial vacuum cleaner.
Vacuum cleaner VC 500 (optional)
The low noise vacuum cleaner turns on and off automatically, controlled by the engraving controller, in order to keep the surface free of dust and engraving turnings.
Adapter set for connecting an of the shelf vacuum cleaner (optional)
If you want to use a conventional commercial vacuum cleaner, you need an appropriate adaptor set. The vacuum cleaner will be turned on at the beginning of the engraving and turned off automatically at the end of the job.
